Michael J. Coker
President / Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coker has 13 years experience in technology and finance. Previously he was a co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of International Global Positioning, providing LBS for automobiles. He also founded National Screening Resources, a company providing financial analysis and credit reports for real estate transactions. Under his leadership and guidance, National Screening Resources saw annual revenue increases of 300% and upon selling the company, the company had processed some 520,000 transactions. Mr. Coker graduated from Texas A&M University and is a member of Phi Alpha Theta.
Bill Bates
Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Bates brings over 35 years of financial and executive experience in a broad range of businesses. After 14 years in the banking and investment management services he move to CFO of a start up microsurgical design and manufacturing company which his venture capital club was actively funding. Bill spent the next 15 years helping this international sales company grow as its CFO, and took the company public (SURG on NASDAQ) in 2005 through a reverse merger with a smaller but publicly traded company. Over the years Bill's Angel Investor group has funded over 30 small companies. Several have become public over the years in such diverse industries as natural gas production, B2B E-commerce, surgical and medical instruments, telecommunications, recreational products and services among others. Bill's primary angel fund is financing the growth of SARS Corp, a commercial asset tracking company (SARO on NASDAQ).
Dwight Jory
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jory graduated from Brown Military Academy and attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas School of Business. Jory’s career includes being the founder and president of the first Century 21 Real Estate franchise in the State of Nevada. While expanding his knowledge in real estate, he became the founder and president of several other related companies in a business history which spans over 40 years. Some of these include a mortgage company, a multi-family residential and commercial construction company, a Ford Lincoln Mercury auto franchise, and a land development company with major developments in several states and Mexico. His experience and contacts gained through operating a variety of enterprises serve as a valuable asset to any successful business. As a result of his past experiences, Mr. Jory currently acts as a manager, trustee, board member or advisor to several diverse businesses in the U.S., Mexico and Eastern Europe. His strengths both domestically and with the Mexican and European business communities has been and continues to be an invaluable benefit to the business interests he represents.
